Matcha Liquid Jade is hidden in a black tin box with a double lid. Its taste is thick and dense, slightly sweet and slightly buttery. I have been to japan and tried real matcha and the difference between matcha and this is worlds apart. This garbage is bitter, acidic powdered green tea. This means it doesn’t even have a nutrient profile that is similar to matcha. If you find yourself stuck with it, use it in smoothies or in cooking because it’s not consumable on its own.
