I take 3 capsules for this reason, I read that positive clinical results are from a 1500mg dose so that’s what I decided to take. I’ve been on this dose for over a month now with no negative side effects and it appears to be beginning to work, however the study I read of stated it could take up to three months. I’ve taken another brand in tablet form and it left a bad taste but these capsules are almost a pleasant smell/taste. I am a 39 year old female and I am quite pleased so far.
