Thorne Research, B-Complex #6, 60 Capsules Product Review

Wonderful complex. Good absorption. Somehow I have a bad dream. Every day nutrition. Good B complex product. etc. good. basic b I have no products, I order. Too much dose of vitamins. Good Blend of B’s

Effectively affects the nervous system, does not cause side effects and is convenient to use. Recommend!

My wife researched and recommended you tube, and researched vitamin B. I think it absorbs better and works better. I feel tired. However, it seems like there’s a little snarl like someone else said, but it’s weak so there’s no inconvenience.

I think the quality is good, but if you drink it you will have nightmares. I thought it was a matter of concern, but after drinking and not drinking it was repeated about three times, so I stopped drinking. I think it suits those who do.

Thorne is a name I trust and this B complex covers all the bases for extra nutritional support.

High quality company and good product!

ttt

I was eating for about a month and the next morning I was really surprised to find that my eyes, which were more difficult to open, felt less tired and less tired. This part is lacking in my body I’m going to eat steadily!

I need to take it first.

She took 1 capsule between breakfast and lunch. A week later, the head began to hurt and nausea appeared. After another 4 days, nausea ended in vomiting. I stopped taking it and these symptoms disappeared. I can conclude that I had hypervitaminosis. I did not observe any noticeable improvements during the reception. So listen to your body.

I only wish they would make a B-complex for over-methylators

Questions and Answers

The B6 Ingredient list has been significantly altered along with the new label (was 200mg pyridoxine/6.8mg P5P, now 85mg Pyridoxine/15mg P5P) How is this likely to effect those reordering? If the original B6/P5P in these was a good dose for an individual with pyroluria, is this now going to be too little B6 or should the slightly higher dose of P5P compensate for the large drop in pyrodoxine? It took years to get my son’s dose right so I’m concerned about the change. Thanks! Jo

I am new to this supplement, it has been subscribed by my physician. I only started taking it yesterday. Therefore I am unable to review or comment at this time.
Im no expert but I once worked for a professor of nutritional medicine and it was explained to me that RDI are usually the minimal amount of nutrient your body requires to function i. e. the RDI for vitamin c is just enough to prevent rickets or scurvy but not really enough to regain health if unwell or probably even enough to maintain good health. If people s health is compromised their bodies require higher doses than RDI to feed the system/cells with the necessary nutrients to regain health.
