I combine a full scoop of this with the Behavioir Balance liquid for my son and his ability to self regulate seems to have improved substantially. Thorne brand is well known for its quality and after trying a few other types of calcium magnesium this is the best for the kids! Dissolves nicely in juice with no complaints.

I would like to know what is the best time to have this drink?

Hello – according to the ingredients description on the Foodpharmacy Blog page for this product, it doesn’t contain sweeteners. On the container itself, other than the vitamin C, Calcium and magnesium, the label says the only other ingredient is glycine. When I looked up glycine, it is an amino acid. It doesn’t appear that sucrose or fructose are in Thorne Cal-Mag Citrate.
I have never given it to my child. I cant seem the harm at the right dose.
I have my cal mag at night to help with sleep.
