Thorne Research, Vitamin D, 1 fl oz (30 ml) Product Review

Read The Right Expiration Date. Best.12. 01.20 – The expiration date is normal! Shelf life! About the expiration date. Shelf Life Until January 1, 2020! What Children Need From Autumn To Summer. Great Vitamin D. Good Vitamin D. Great Vitamin D

Hello! This is my first review Many people do not read expiration dates correctly. First comes the month, then the date and year. Someone was the first to raise a panic. I hope he reads and understands that he created chaos because of stupidity. I attach my photo. I have 07.30.20. That is, until July 30, 2020. There is no thirtieth month the same is with you, if 10. 01.20 means before October 1. If 12. 01.20 then until December 1. I was not too lazy and searched on other products with Foodpharmacy Blog. Here are 2 more photos with expiration dates. Moreover, on one even the words are written first in November, then the number and year. Now about vitamin D. I give it to my daughter. She is a year old. It tolerates well. It didn’t cause allergies. A good dosage in 1 drop of 500, compared with other children’s drugs (where 400). Convenient to give. Since from year to 3 years according to the norms of the Russian Federation 1500 IU, therefore exactly 3 drops. A large bottle comes out more economically. Put YES, please, so that they see my review and do not worry so much

Thorne Research, Vitamin D, 1 fl oz (30 ml) Review

This is the best vitamin D we have tried. We drink with the whole family, economical packaging, enough for a long time. There is no pungent smell or taste, it is easy to drink) if not difficult, please put yes

Those who write that the expiration date is 01/10/20, 01/12/20, I draw your attention to the fact that in this format, the dates in the first place for the Americans are a month, not a number! That is, the expiration date is October 1 and December 1, respectively! Everything is fine!

It’s just a disgrace to send goods for such money, the expiration date of which ends in three months! Although the information on the site on the date is July 2020, they sent goods with a shelf life of 10. 01.2020! It is unlikely that in three months I will spend all 30 ml.

Thorne Research, Vitamin D, 1 fl oz (30 ml) Review

Why underestimate such a wonderful product. Read the marking correctly, according to American standards – month / day / year. And people read by their local standards and are outraged. There is no seventeenth month. See my photo for review.

The order arrived on October 22, and the deadline is indicated on the bottle until January 1, 2020, it’s sad that we will drink only 2 months.

Previously, I gave the children a local D3, in which I suspect the presence of alcohol, although it is not written on the package. For a long time I was looking for a replacement D3, so that the composition was good, specifically designed for children. And I was recommended D3 vitamin from Thorne. Drink for the third week (sons 6 years and 2.4 years old, as well as myself). I really liked this vitamin. Flavorless, odorless, very economical. I think a bottle of 30 ml is enough for us until the summer. The eldest son and I drink 2 drops, and the youngest I give 1 drop. Good to all! Do not be ill!

In their pediatrician purchased this d3. After a week of taking, the child began to grow hair and sweating went away.

Came with an almost expired shelf life. And so it’s not even bad! Good dosage. I gave the child allergies and there were no shelves.

Excellent working vitamin D. My youngest daughter has been drinking it for many years. Once a year in the fall we take a blood test to check the level of vitamin in the blood. When taking an average of 1500-2000 IU (3-4 drops), the level of vitamin D in the blood is 59.59 ng / ml. I do not notice any side effects from this vitamin, the child eagerly licks droplets directly from a spoon. The expense is economical, with dosing there are no problems. I ordered the current bottle in March, now in mid-December the bottle is empty only for 4/5. For Russians, it’s also convenient that one drop contains 500 IU of the usual vitamin I (and not 400 or 1000 as in other American drops), because often our pediatricians, when prescribing vitamin D, say the dose in drops, and not in international units, by default, implying Aquadetrim common in Russia, which is also with 500 IU in one drop.

1 drop per day – 1000iu. If she gets sick at any stage (colds etc) it would be fine to take 2drops for a week or so.
My daughter is 15 months old and I am planning to give her 1 drop which is 500 IU daily.
I am not a Dr but can say I have been giving this to my 3 children including my now 5 year old for 2-3 years. I give them all 3 drops per day so 1 drop would probably be safe in my opinion but it is just my take. and what I would do for my own children.
