D- Camphor, L- Menthol and Capsicum are the active ingredients. I do not see Aluminum glycinate anywhere on the inactive ingredient list on package.
Definitely! That’s what I’m actually doing quite regularly when using on my neck or upper shoulders. I prefer Salonpas patches to Tiger Balm, as it’s more convenient and potent, in my opinion, but that one is often unavailable.
