You should always be 100% satisfied with the product you receive and any company should do their best to mend any issues you face when purchasing a product. Well worth having if you like to vary your face creams and try something new, but do not expect it to be a thick night cream. My skin feels so soft and nourished the next morning when i wash my face, and i knew that i was onto a good thing.
