I ordered this but when I asked my health care practitioner, she told me not to take it, because calcium supplements can cause risk of stroke in postmenopausal women (which I am). She suggested eating rich in calcium foods instead. For example, 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds contains 300 mg of calcium!!! Of course for pregnant woman it’s different.
