A very pleasant tea with the aroma of currant, not very chemical, but not a leaf, of course, it smells. However, there is no nasty cloying in it, so I advise you if you like to indulge in something like that.
Tea is like tea. Don’t wow straight. Pleasant light aroma of currant. Not something special. You can buy one for a change, who cares. But without it you won’t lose much.
Enjoyed the tea on a recent cruise. Could not find the product in any stores so searched on line. I found it and ordered an entire box. I surprised my friends for Christmas with their own supply of this wonderful tea! It is tastefully delicious!

I don’t know why Foodpharmacy Blog discontinued it, but I think it’s the best black tea on the market. When I was in London, I went to the Twinings shop, and they are not allowed to sell it in the United Kingdom. Very strange. So we have to rely on vendors such as Foodpharmacy Blog and Twinings USA to get it. If you ever go to London, go into Twinings and get the “Russian Caravan” loose tea. This is the closest flavor to Prince of Wales, and it’s really good.
It is in stock at Foodpharmacy Blog, so buy it while you can. It is sold out everywhere else because Twinings has discontinued it. Call them and complain like I did.
