Well, it is primarily intended to be used for rejuvenating. I don’t know how old you are and I am not the expert. I use it everyday and I like it a lot, my skin is smooth (I am 47). I believe it won’t do you any harm. It is for all skin types. I use retinol in the evening, as it speeds up the process of skin regeneration.
