Still cannot make my vegan soy yoghurt. Probiotic yogurt. For homemade yogurt. Great for vegan yogurt. Bacteria to make yogurt. Effective probiotics. Very tasty. Yummy Yogurt. Somewhat bitter. Sourdough for yogurt

Still cannot make my vegan soy yoghurt

I do yogurts at home. I like the test of product, I am sure that homemade yogurt includes only healthy ingredients.

I make homemade yogurt. I think it is quite economical because it can be inoculated several times.

Great product, great work with coconut milk!

The best probiotics

I love making greek yogurt with this starter. The greek yogurt is not very sour and taste like sour cream. Yum!

We love kefir of this company, now we love yogurt. Very tasty, delicate, reminiscent of a slightly melted sundae. I recommend

I love yogurt and especially this strain. Not sour like Greek yogurt. More like a Bavarian yogurt I used to get in the store. Easy to make. Use it in pancakes, drinks, popcicles. I use their yogurt maker as well. Very simple process. Good for the gut!

We found the taste of yogurt more bitter than another brand we were using

I’ve made yogurt on this sourdough already three times – a little sour and liquid for my taste. I make it in Redmond yogurt maker, use 1 sachet of 5 g per 1.6 l of ultra-pasteurized milk with a fat content of 3%, add 2 tablespoons of dried cream to make the yogurt a little thicker. The first time the timer set at 12 hours (recommended from 9 to 15 hours) – sour, the next two times set at 10 hours, about the same result. While I use the same bag of bacteria – I leave one cup of yogurt from the previous batch for the next sourdough. In the instructions for the Redmond yogurt maker, they write that you can brew it 5 times, that is, make 5 batches of yogurt on the same bacteria. But each time, the yogurt becomes a little more acidic and more fluid. In general, such a slightly sour yogurt suits me, but my husband does not like it. I’ll try the second type of bacteria for yogurt from the same manufacturer, namely this one I will not order more. Important: all containers should be sterilized before cooking yogurt. I boil water in two saucepans, pour boiling water into glasses for yogurt, into a measuring cup and pour boiling water over all the cutlery that I will touch on milk and sourdough. Then I leave one pan to cool, in the second I pour milk and heat to 38 degrees Celsius. Different bacteria have different recommended temperatures on the packaging; these bacteria range from 38 to 42 degrees Celsius. Then pour the bacteria into the other cooled pan (or yogurt from the previous batch), add 2 tablespoons of dried cream, pour a little warm milk, stir with a fork for 2-3 minutes, add all the milk, stir for another 2-3 minutes. Then I pour it into sterile glasses and put in a yogurt maker for 10 hours. I’m doing all this for the night, in the morning to put the yogurt in the refrigerator. It seems that bacteria like to ferment milk more in darkness and silence, I strictly adhere to these rules) If you can’t do something with yogurt, then try my recipe, it never let me down!
