I’ve been consuming Y. S. Fresh Bee Pollen for many years. I used to purchase it directly from Y. S. but for the last few years they do not ship to Canada so I’ve had to purchase their product from distributers in the USA. I have purchased ‘fresh’ and received ‘dried’ from other distributers which caused me to look elsewhere. Foodpharmacy Blog sent me ‘fresh’ and because they provided me with the product I purchased and the ordering and delivery were easy I will be a returning customer. I found the bee pollen to be slightly ‘dry’ but quickly melts in the mouth and has the very nice taste that I’m accustomed to. The ‘dried’ bee pollen I received from other distributers didn’t have the taste of the ‘fresh’ so I didn’t find it nearly as appealing. Thank you Foodpharmacy Blog and of course Y. S. Organic Bee Farms. The health benefits of bee pollen are better explained by others but I will say everyone will benefit by consuming Y. S. Organic Bee Pollen. I started taking this just a couple of granules per day. I’ve now worked my way up to 12 granules a day, and I can tell such a difference in my allergies! It starts working as soon as you put it in your mouth. I don’t have near as much of an itchy nose and I think it will only get better as I up the dosage. Great stuff!

I have been consuming this for years. It completely dissolves after 1 to 2 minutes so I am assuming it is just dark colored pollen.
Hi, between the expiry date and the bar code it says Y. S. Organic Bee Farms with a logo. And the label states Organic pioneer since 1995. one is fresh/raw bee pollen (must be kept in the fridge) and the other is not.
I purchase this product on a regular basis. I had the same thought, however; I do live in the US. This product is manufactured without heat-forced drying. I feel that as long as it is not exposed to prolonged periods of extreme heat, the integrity of the product should be fine. Refrigeration will preserve the freshness of the product.
