Really don’t like this Organic Cacao powder, I get a sinus headache from it and it doesn’t have a great chocolate taste. This is the first time I have tried this brand and I do not recommend it, mine went in the bin and as not much choice with Foodpharmacy Blog will have to shop elsewhere.

The question is wrongly put. There is confusion over cacao cocoa and chocolate. Please google on these. There is no chocolate in raw cacao, because chocolate is made from cacao which is then heated. Raw cacao is 100% cacao. It is used to make dark chocolate. Raw cacao is highly beneficial for the health and is anti inflammatory. Google on benefits of raw cacao. I highly recommend this product.
