Hello, definitely brunette because i have darker blond hair and the regular works for me but i still put it in the night before or else it’s pretty difficult to work into the hair without seeing powdery whiteness. But the night before works perfectly.
Gives you a little extra body initially but I always use it on its own and give it time to settle.
