I think ingredients and doses are safe for pregnant women, but if you are worried about anything, talk to your doctor.
I dont think it would be an issue but the company does make kids versions
I’m not sure whether the Sweet Berry flavor is any less sweet than the ones you have already tried. But when I add it to my smoothies, I do find that bananas and almond milk (and occasionally dates) help to bring up the sweetness another notch. so, without these ingredients I might not find the result to be sweet enough to my liking. I hope this feedback helps!
