This is a sweeter recommended by those on lectin free diet guru, Dr. Gundry. It’s made from bacon, a root crop and to me it tastes molasses-y. It is a bit expensive to use in cooking but for a sweeter for tea and coffee, it’s a more natural alternative to even stevia, monk fruit and swerve, all of which are highly processed sugar alternatives. It is very difficult to find, whoever, so thanks to I-herb for carrying it. Please don’t stop!

The rest is fructooligosaccharides and a fiber called inulin. This excerpt was taken from the Heath line website.
