Everyone who says that taste is not ice just don’t know how to cook properly. My recipe that I make is oat / flax porridge with the addition of stevia / fruit and a spoonful of this miracle powder turn porridge into an athlete’s breakfast. From myself, I can say that I could not find analogues of pure protein in Russia

No frills soy protein. Good value for money too!

High quality soy isolate.95% of protein content! Very fine powder and dissolve easily. Taste is bland but I can get use to it and drink it straight up with nothing but just water.

The effect is difficult to say, I drink with iron. For the taste of byak, I add inulin for sweetness, but still I only drink with my eyes shut.

The only problem with this product that it doesn’t mix well in the water and it taste bad. Even when I use ninja mixer i still feel the powder. Good price and nutrition value. But taste is important so i won’t buy it again.

Great proudact! great price! after trying lots of protein powedrs and spending lots of money on bad products, i found that one and i really reccomend every one using protein powders to give it a try and enjoy + save lots of money!

Good quality, blendable, light-tasting

Adds a delicious kind of sweet milky taste to my breakfast and is a great add on to my banana milkshakes. I’ll order this product again.

I don’t like it

No additional flavoring, neutral taste, non-irritating

Yes you can add it raw to smoothies and juice. This product is soy powdered. It dissolves better in warm or room temperature drinks than cold. It by itself is rather bland tasting in that it has no added sweetness (fructose) like higher priced soy products. Most often I add it to warm green tea with a little honey. For more volume (to use with organic cereal ) I add cold organic vanilla soy milk to the tea soy mixture. It delivers the same benefits as other soy products (tofu) in a convenient form. It digests easily.
Non-GMO
The back label says non-GMO. Regardless this is a good product at a good price, I recommend it.
Digestion Speed – There is simply no conclusive scientific evidence supporting claims that hydrolyzed digests faster than isolate. Bioavailability – soy already has a bioavailability of 96%+, meaning the percentage of protein actually digested when it is consumed
I can tell you I have had no issues at all using this product and I am highly sensitive to gluten. It’s fabulous to use in smoothies! Good luck!
