While this is a supposedly a treat and I don’t give it to a dog, my small 4 year old cat eats a meal of the salmon a day, which is about 10 to 12 small pieces. I have been giving her salmon with no ill effects for a few years. At regular check ups, the vet comments on her perfect and clean teeth and shining coat. It is straight salmon with no additives, just fish, so unless your dog is on a special diet or allergic, I would suggest it is good for a dog. Like all things it should be fed to the dog in moderation; not exclusively. DrZ
