Yes, I use this for that purpose. One must “activate” the clay first by letting it sit in water for about four hours. But please read up on using green clay internally by Googling it (or use your search engine of choice) before consumption.

I’ve heard of an internal use of clay with Clay Water. But I’m not sure about this particular product. It wasn’t my intention to use clay internally.
