You meant to stay cortisol right? It definitely calms down your system and two of them make me fall asleep within 10 minutes and I wake up refresh. This is up to now the best product I have found. It took me 4 days for my system to see the effect. I take 1 30 minutes before I turn off the light and another one when I turn off the light. However, I also use sleep hygiene behaviors. I go in bed 1 hours before turning off the light. I use mediation music. My cell phone is turned off. I have no TV or electronics in my bedroom and read books that are instructive and aimed at personal development. I strongly recommend this product. It is worth the price.
