The composition is good. But for me, this drug does not work at all. The joints started to hurt again and the cramps started. Calcium citrate helped. Well, the pills are huge, I directly felt them in my stomach, then I started grinding them into powder

I used to take Bone-Up in capsules, now I take only this one in tablets because the composition in it is richer, although it also turns out to be more expensive. Pros: Jarrow Formulas produces mostly excellent drugs. As part of hydroxyapatite is natural calcium (from the bones of calves), it is better than any chelates! Additionally, there is a full range of elements necessary for the absorption of calcium: vitamin D3, K2 (in the form of MK7!), Magnesium (as needed by almost half of calcium, though in the form of oxide, but nothing else), zinc, potassium, there is CREMENON in the form of JarroSil! Well and no less important component for the proper absorption of calcium is MBP (milk basic protein). Cons: large pills, swallow, can be divided, do not smell “dog food.” If this drug were in the form of a capsule, it would be better (fewer binders, the capsule dissolved and all the contents went into the intestine).
