It’s ammonia free formula causes no damage to your hair. This is the second time using it and in about 45 minutes my hair has this beautiful rich colour and looks so shiny and healthy. People cannot believe i color it myself at home! I am also a big fan of the conditioner that comes with the box, as it makes my hair really smooth and shiny. It creates this beautiful shade of deep auburn red with bright flashes of red in the sunlight on my naturally dark dark brown hair. Oddly enough, my original dark blonde roots seemed to lighten more than the rest of my hair, so i notice the pink the most at the roots. The color looks especially amazing in the the sun. I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair until using this and when i tell people not only is it not natural but it’s a box dye i do myself, they just cannot believe it. It does have a slight blue cast in some lights but nothing crazy a color anyone any age can pull off.

After reading the reviews of this color- loreal feria espresso- i decided that this is the shade i’d try. But color does not last, so you have to color it more, even with me only washing my hair once a week and only using conditioner rest of week! When coloring my hair at home i always tend to use the l’oreal feria brands. The ends will be where the most of your split ends and damaged hair is, and since color absorbs quickly on these parts, and the fact they are not healthy, if you color all the way through the ends for the whole processing time you will likely get darker ends, as this is true with pretty much all haircolor. This is the best color system that i have ever used and i have used many different brands and colors because i have always liked to experiment. I have seen reviews where others state their hair turned out black, so i would definitely recommend bleaching before if your hair can stand it. It literally comes out by the handful and when i wear my hair down it gets all over my clothes. I bought this color to touch up my blonde roots and faded spots a few weeks after giving myself a lackluster dye job with revlon colorsilk in black 10, i was terrified to use it after reading so many terrible reviews for feria in general, here. 1, For best results, start with clean, unconditioned, dry hair. Please do not ever discontinue this color, l’oreal! If used properly, this product makes hair soft, shiny, and has very good coverage.

Salons in nyc charge you upwards of $200 for just roots and most of the time i’d leave with yellow hair i’d still end up having to fix myself. Protect all surfaces such table and floor when working with hair color – remember, it’s designed to stain! My recommendation for doing it with this product is to first start gradually lightening your hair with a golden blonde color. After using feria mango to achieve a pleasant red shade, i can say they both produce warm color and drastically increase shine. Update: If you have to wash your hair every day or two like me, expect this color to rinse out in about a week. The first time i used this product, the results were gorgeous, with a deep and rich espresso color, and lots of shine. From root to tip whether you have blonde hair, brown hair, black hair or red hair color, your color will not look dull or brassy. My hair is still wet, but it is soft enough that i could brush it without problem, and can run my fingers through it. I ended up going to a hair salon to get a haircut to get rid of a lot of the hair so that i could let it grow out to get rid of that awful color.
