I’m not sure about diabetes and blood pressure, but my doctor tells me to take it to help my cholesterol.
According to the current bottle, the fish oil is sourced in Peru and is encapsulated in the USA.
I buy this to supplement my cat’s food which I make with raw chicken. They are soft gel covered. I cut the capsules and add the liquid inside to the slurry. So I don’t know if I answered your question.
