Thorne Research, 5-MTHF, 1 mg, 60 Capsules Product Review

Good pills.5-MTHF 1 mg, 60 tablets. great product. Great product. Good. Great quality. Great product. Good form of folate! Oh my loved one! Good

I ordered in preparation for pregnancy, I also drink the first trimester. When I just started drinking (two to three months before conception), I noticed that my mood improved and in general I felt such a lift. Then somehow it came to naught or something. I hope there really will be an effect of preventing fetal pathologies, now I don’t know anything. You drink and believe in effectiveness swallow well, there are no side effects!

I have always been a poor sleeper – even in childhood and it wasn’t until I discovered 5-MTHF, 1 mg capsules that I realised that it was possible to have a good night’s sleep. I have never wanted to take prescribed sleeping tablets and Melatonin has been quite adequate for me. The good thing too is that if 1 tablet is not enough, it is quite safe to take 2-3 an hour or so before bedtime.

Good for me, have more energy.

Great product. It’s very important not to take somethin synthetic. Thorne is a great company.

I trust thorne

Have been taking these for a few years as per doctors orders. hope they help with methylation!

It’s activated form so absorption rate of folate must be better than general folic acid

I don’t know whether these are doing anything good or not but they seem to be a good product, well packaged and a nice small capsule.

Actually No. This does not have B12. And you are correct in your pursuit of having of needing to have B12 along with Methyalated Folate. I have been reading that it is important to take B12 along with methyalated folate in order to reduce any negative side effects of folate. In my case i have also purchased B12 seperatly. But for you I can suggest that you can take Thorne Methyal gaurd plus capsules. These capsules have the right combination of folate and B12. That way you wont have to purchase 5-MTHF and B12 seperatly. Hope this helps.
