It’s the best moisturizer for eczema skin. Keeps the skin hydrated for a long time and prevents it from becoming flaky and dry.

So far try it on my little girl for a few days it does help her eczema skin and it does stay on her skin longer then cream. Is not too oily like vaseline yet not like cream. It feel soft on touch i think is a combination of vaseline and cream. I wouldn’t say it help heal eczema wound, redness or itch but does help cover them up so they heal on itself own. Mild Steroid cream still needed.
