Besides using it in the Kitchen in our dish soap dispenser, my wife also uses it as a body wash in the shower. She has NOT used it to wash her hair as she would expect it to be too dry. She now mixes it with my gentler body wash for her shower use as it was getting her skin too dry. Hope that helps
