Country Life, P-5-P (Pyridoxal 5′ Phosphate), 50 mg, 100 Tablets Product Review

Very good. Product ok! Activated B6. P5p. excellent product. May boost AAAD and suppprt brain health. Eat before exercise. ambiguous. P5P. It works

I like it its good

Very happy, quality price nothing to say. no negative effect, I will buy again.

This is a high quality B6 supplement which helps get rid of breast pain.

Excellent product

Highly efficient supplement for me. It has a very positive influence on my sleep patterns and works much better than conventional Vitamin B6.50 mg is a good dosage.

I take this in conjunction with St Johns Wort or Macuna Pruriens or D Phenyl Alanine to boost either dopamin or serotonin. But AAAD, an important brain enzyme, maybe depleted by taking the above supplements. P5P, a form of vitamin B6, may help prevent AAAD depletion but I have no proof or even strong evidence this is actually happening. I will continue to take low doses of P5P on faith.

Eat well and eat several times before fasting or exercising. It is definitely less tired.

Unfortunately, controversial for me drug. of the benefits 1. the skin really improves, the main thing is the faces, irritations disappear, the color levels out, the effect came quickly enough in 7 days 2.2. more energy 3. it becomes easier to breathe through the nose from the minuses: 1. I am hypotensive, falls off The pressure on 10 points is a lot for me, although I divided the pill into 4 parts and drank 1/4 a day.2. took mostly about arrhythmias, for some reason the opposite effect appeared – in the evenings the arrhythmia increased. I tried several times, each time the same thing (I will try again, at least for a week – I really like the effect on the skin; drink to see the improvement on the face (although this is a bonus, I drink for the joints).

Can’t help with a review as yet as haven’t finished the previous bottle – another brand- so it is still untouched!

It seems to do what it should.

Questions and Answers

It states in the description: pyridoxal 5′ phosphate 34 mg. Then it states:Pyridoxal 5′ Phosphate 50 mg. So what is it: 34mg or is it 50mg?
How soon after starting this did you notice results?

Hi, The difference in the numbers has to do with the amount of active B6 verses the amount of B6 as the phosphate. Active B6 can not be added to a formula unless it is in the phosphate form. So it is 34 mg active B6 which is actually 50 mg B6 phosphate. The label says: VITAMIN B6 (as pyridoxal 5′ phosphate) 34 mg and pyridoxal 5′ phosphate 50 mg (no B6 mentioned in the latter number) The first number describes vitamin VITAMIN B6 and the second number B6 as the phosphate. Although I have not checked, I would guess that all P-5-P products are manufactured in the manner (to contain 34 mg active B6). I hope this helps.
I never “noticed” results. I take this daily because I have faith in the overwhelming evidence that it is beneficial to do so.
