I havnt had time to read through your whole blog yet, but i wonder if it would be helpful to note that some brands of baking powder (In the uk aynway) contain wheat. Do you know if there is a particular variety of brown rice i should buy for grinding or should i just call the whole thing off and stick with store bought brown rice flour. Would there be a possibility to replace it with an other flour? Even the wheat and other grains are dramatically difference. This rustic multigrain bread filled with good stuff like whole wheat and rye flours, flax seeds, oats, and bulgur wheat is both hearty and delicious! However, some have difficulty tolerating any type of grain and experience digestive distress and other symptoms.
