I’ve noticed that if I use EmergenC after the expiry date, the powder gets. chunky, for lack of a better term. It’s still usable (for a little while, I would assume that the nutrients begin to die off as time progresses) but it’s not as good. It’s not as easy to get out of the package. I’d say that if your package says it’s going to expire in May 2019, it’s better to follow that rather than ignore it.
