This is the natural shampoo and conditioner set which is perfect for both normal and sensitive scalp. Most amazing, the second day, when my hair normally goes flat against my head with droopy curls, it now has body and looks just as good the second day as the first. My hands-down favorite aspect of the shampoo and conditioner is the fragrance. You can rest assure when purchasing beautycounter shampoo you are purchasing shampoo without harmful chemicals. I did not have any expectations for this shampoo and conditioner set. The set is great for moisturizing the dry hair and prolonging the hair. The product works to help moisture-deprived hair undergo massive recovery. As someone who has bleached and heat-styled her hair regularly for the past 15 years, my tresses are very much in need of some extra tlc. This shampoo removed months/years of product build-up in my hair that i did not even know i had. It will not affect the scalp and hair when you use it for a long time. By the way, i did not like the conditioner of this flavor. The only downside i can think of is, i have to wash my hair more frequently to keep the fresh smell.
