The outside is dark chocolate coated, green in color and taste like green tea or topgrass. Sometimes small pieces of nuts are stuck, but almost nothing. It is easy to eat because it does not smell protein because of the taste of pudding and chocolate. If you drink water while chewing one, it will be boiled properly. I do not exercise, but when I get tired of eating, I eat it as a substitute for meals. Protein carbohydrates I like it because it seems to contain lots of other nutrients besides fat. When the day is cold, it becomes hard, but it is enough to just chew it. The price is expensive, but I guess I’ll buy another one.
