Excellent soluble fiber, I drink every morning one hour before a meal, adding half a teaspoon of psilium to acacia. It should be drunk with various colds or if it was sorted out with alcohol.

I having been using this for a year. I’ve tried other fibers, but they didn’t agree with me. This one is low fodmap and works. Relieves constipation and diarrhea. Just gave to find your dose.

If I could give a 100 Stars I would! I have had severe irritable bowl syndrome for over 30 yrs with severe constipation and nothing has ever helped me until now! I will use Heathers Tummy Fiber for the rest of my life! I have never been regular, NEVER! Now I have a bowl movement everyday, it’s like a celebration for me! I had to start off using 2 teaspoons 3 times a day until it started to work then went down to 2 times a day and now once a day. If needed I will go back to 2 times a day. If you have been stable for a month on such a high dosage, I doubt it is a reaction to the fiber. I’m doing 2 heaping teaspoons twice daily for IBD.

I take 1tsp first thing in the morning along with a probiotic! Then, a tsp before I go to bed along with another probiotic. I love this product & wouldn’t be without it!
