It’s nice to now be able to use my nose for it’s primary function. Steam can work wonders for nasal congestion by loosening dry congestion. I suffered from chronic sinus infections. I’ve had allergies and sinus problems for the past 30 years. A lot fewer upper respiratory infections or problems since i started using the navage nasal care! I have had sinus problems since i was 17 that have progressed over the years due to a vasculitis (Wegener’s granulomatosis). He literally had to take mucinex just about everyday just to get some relief from the stuffy nose. With clean cotton swab, dab solution in nasal passages. I think smiling is what helps to close the soft palate, so the path of the water can circle around your nasal passage and bypass your throat, and – it worked! You know how your nose runs when you eat spicy food? I recommend this to anyone with sinus issues. I bought the navage system expecting it to reduce nasal congestions and help reduce allergic reactions as advertised and i immediately began to see those benefits. After trying nasal sprays, decongestants and antibiotics i bought the navage. This little machine cleaned my sinuses very well. I decided to try this salt, because they began to spend a huge amount of money on our dolphin. This salt is much nicer – it doesn’t tweak the nasal mucosa when washing, inside it has a very convenient measuring spoon, it’s convenient to put it in a bottle from under the dolphin, and it lasts much longer, you can adjust the dose. The child began to get sick much less often. I will order more.

Buy the left box with the refill, I believe there is a use. The effect is good and will be repurchased.

The little scoop that comes with it is not the right amount for me. If I use a level scoop it burns the heck out of my sinuses. So I have to guesstimate the amount – a smidge under half a scoop – each time, and I don’t always get it right. But this is great value for the amount and the jar will last me ages

I bought this salt along with a ceramic teapot of the same company, everything is normal, only the expiration date of the salt at the bottom of the can is all blurred, nothing can be figured out. Now I don’t know if I will use such salt, I’m afraid. And where is the guarantee that when ordering a new date again will not be blurred.

I ordered some in March. The expiration date on the bottom says 2020 – 05.
Did your neti pot come with its own spoon? Use THAT spoon and then fill neti pot with warm water!
