I have used other brands, and this is a good one. Note: I was a staff writer for Mike Mentzer’s WORKOUT! magazine many years ago. I have worked out for decades, with mixed results. My greatest barrier to progress has always been post-workout soreness. Often I can barely move the next day! This has always set me back because a week would pass before I felt good enough to exercise again. The creatine has helped quite a bit with exercise soreness as well as energy.
