I decided to try Caprotein because I needed to find a different protein powder. It was time for a change. I’m very happy with this one. It is goat milk based which is different than cows milk. Plus it has fermented goat milk protein and probiotic cultures. I don’t have any allergic reaction to it. This may not be the case for everyone. But it’s worth trying if you need a change.

My 18 year old son is delighted with this product. He adds it to his kefir smoothies as a great snack or meal on the run.
