Very good vitamins.200 mg is a prophylactic dose of vitamin E. It can be taken several months in a row. But! Do not forget! Vitamin E is incompatible with vitamin D. Therefore, when taking vitamin E even as part of a multivitamin, make sure that vitamin D is not there. But vitamins A and C are the best friends of vitamin E, and together they are better absorbed by the body. I take a complex of vitamin A, E and C course for 2 months, then I take a break. If to whom the information was useful – put “Yes”

For many years I have been taking this particular vitamin E. And this is not just vitamin E. Firstly, it is natural vitamin E. Secondly, there are still some natural mixed tocopherols. It is in such an environment that vitamin E is present in ordinary food, so the body recognizes it well and assimilates it. Tocopherols themselves also have the biological activity of vitamin E, although less pronounced. Why do I need vitamin E? This is the main vitamin of youth. I often add courses to multivitamins. In women aged, vitamin E even compensates for estrogen deficiency. Somehow I will give a study about this in my blog. There are different vitamin E regimens. You can just take vitamin E for a course of 4-8 weeks. After 2-3 months, you can repeat. The second option is to stimulate the ovaries and increase fertility. Vitamin E used to be sold as 400iu of the alpha fraction only, until it was discovered that the gamma fraction was necessary as well. The minimum RDA is 24iu so a dose of 200iu meets your daily requirement. It is a potent blood thinner too, if that is recommended by your health practitioner for your situation. Avoid Vitamin E supplements that don’t have the gamma fraction.

I ordered by reading about this vitamin in the article of a medical worker. My gynecologist subsequently confirmed that the composition is good, the dosage too. I continue to accept.

I chose a good composition – Mixed tocopherols (gamma, delta, beta) and an acceptable price. I’m drinking a second jar. Then I will take a short break for a month. The skin says thank you. In tandem I take vitamin A.

A good vitamin, like all of this company, really works and it can be seen. the hair began to shine, skin tone and healthy radiance of a blush appeared on the nails, white spots disappeared. the capsules are small, swallowing is not difficult. I drink 1 a day.

Nice

With an itchy nose and a feeling that I am sticking out, I take three days to 1-2 capsules per day and there is no cold.

Questions and Answers

Does this vit E have any tocotrienols in it? The label on the bottle states “MIXED vitamin e”, so I am unsure of whether it is a complete mixture. My Doctor, who likes vitamins told me to be sure to get a complete mixture of both tocopherols and tocotrienols – otherwise the vit E will do harm instead of good.

I would be happy to answer this question, but I cannot read the question.
According to the label it only contains tocopherols (alpha, gamma, delta and beta). There is no mention of tocotrienols being present.
