Basically, it can replenish the BCAA series so that it can be expected to recover quickly in case of muscle rupture, and it is steadily eating because of the good functions of various other amino acids. In the past, leucine, valine, and isoleucine were fed ampoules containing vitamin B12 to quickly recover from fatigue. Nowadays, they are mixed with vitamin B complex (containing B12) and eaten for fatigue recovery. I gave it to someone I knew but I felt good after eating it. However, I do not know how quickly the fatigue will recover. Also, I think it’s less absorbent than the ampoule.

It does contain soy protein isolate. Read the product label.
the capsule is gelatin, so probably yes. Their are probably halal or kosher alternatives-look for capsules made from vegetable cellulose or use a powder. Hope this helps!

All books & scientific papers say Amino Acids should be taken on an empty stomach, i. e.1 hour before or 2 hours after eating. Whether you wash them down with juice or not is a matter of preference. Although there may be some advantage to using juice (technically food), as juice may cover up aromatic burps caused by aminos. Fish Oil is much worse, but you get the idea.
