Yes its O. K, it only contains a small amount of Omega 3. It is ok to take much larger doses of Omega 3 anyway.
The cod liver oil is encapsulated in gel and is pretty much tasteless. It would be possible to dissolve the capsules, but if you don’t want the oil in capsules, just buy the cod liver oil as a bottle of oil. I have taken it as oil, but the taste is very strong.
