Great for Bowl Movement, High LDL (bad Cholesterol) since its packed with Omega’s. I usually have it in the evening with some yogurt (unsweetened of course)!

I thought it was pills but it was ground but I didn’t know how to use it

I have nothing to compare especially with, because this is the second type of ground flaxseed that I bought. The first one was taken in an ordinary store. And the difference is colossal! I use in baking, add to yoghurts and smoothies. It behaves perfectly. I keep in the refrigerator. The taste is saturated, the structure is airy, moist. In general, a very, very decent product at a reasonable price

taste good, with salad!

Have it everyday without complaint

I’m happy with a purchase, adding flaxseed meal in oats, porridge and other meals. Highly recommended.
