most of all the packaging of the product was scammed, everything was thrown into a heap, it was worn and scratched, the bads were all sent out without cardboard packaging and therefore everything was visible flying in a box and beating against each other, even if in China some kind of cheap penny order packaging better, it’s such a dislike when packaging the goods is completely incomprehensible. Does this contain 500 mg Niacin or 250 mg (as documented on the bottle)?
My experience is some B vitamins need to be separate due to their chemical make up and digestibility. All the ones that can be taken together I get in NOW B100 capsules. The others I take separately. For instance I take Biotin as a sublingual in the morning. I like the boost of clarity to start my day. B vitamins are water soluble and need to be retaken as they flush out of us daily.
