The high doses have been effective along with a few other things and I am having success. Garlic is effective against many bacteria infections, viruses and is anti-fungal. As for the sulphur, I guess you are wondering about odor. Even taking two capsules, I didn’t notice substantial breath problems. But, I drink a lot of black coffee. Overall, I will continue to take a garlic extract, possibly at lower doses, as a preventative. The sulphur is absorbed in the upper intestines(according to the product description), so it is likely that substantial amounts would not be absorbed in the lungs leading to breath odor.
