From what I’ve seen doing research on-line, GSE contains so little of the compound that interacts with medications that it’s not an issue. BUT, I would encourage you to try to find the information yourself, because there are different kinds of antibiotics, and it may or may not be a problem, depending on the drug and how much of the GSE you’re consuming.
