I’ve been using this product for several years now and I’ve found a nice way to drink it. I pour 6 oz. of Silky (brand) almond milk (that says 60 calories on the carton) into a blender. Then I add 2 tbsp of rice protein. Then I add 2 tsp of bakers chocolate (unsweetened). Then I blend it. The little bit of sugar in the almond milk takes away the bitter taste of the chocolate, and it makes a very pleasant drink Lately I’ve been adding a heaping tbsp of unflavored hummus to the mix. I figure that hummus (beans) combined with the rice protein will produce a more complete protein. It’s difficult to find unflavored hummus though, so I try to find a brand with the least garlic taste. Right now I’m using Garden Fresh brand.
