No you don’t have to keep it in the fridge. It has preservatives in it. Only clean aloe vera products needs to be kept in the fridge. Yes you can add oils to it, just shake it well to mix before every use. And keep head out of the sun since the oils will make your scalp sensitive and will burn or give you allergies.
