Perforated bag, medium strength taste. Organic Garlic Powder, 1 lb ( 453.6 g). Product Wonderful. good flavour, weird texture. garlic. Good flavour, great quality. very good. Great. Great Flavor But Poor Quality. Best Garlic

Bag was perforated with two 1/4 inch parallel lines. Some of the white powder got on other items in the box during shipping. When I wrote Foodpharmacy Blog about the safety and questionable sanitary state of the product, including photos, I received no reply. I used some of the powder in cooking however find its taste is not potent.

Now my regular purchase.

The price is great, obviously, for approx 500g of organic garlic powder. But it has the most unusual texture: more like powdered sugar (icing sugar if you’re in the UK or Oz) texture and not a bit more coarse like the granules I’m more accustomed to. So it doesn’t really sprinkle. Flavour is pretty good, but because I can’t really control how much shakes out when I dispense it from a jar with holes, I probably won’t order again.

It has a good flavor. This product should be kept in it’s original container. It clumps into one big hard ball when poured into another container. The texture is more like flour not garlic powder. When poured into liquid recipes it clumps into balls and doesn’t mix well.

I have not opened it for using. But, it says processed on the package, and I would think that might mean it has gone through some sort of ‘cooking’? So sorry I can’t be of much help.
