I would mix them (in a big glass of water). They’re all minerals and haved lived together peacefully in the soil and the sea since the beginning of time. Have a good day and be well!
Not listed on the bottle either – concentrated seawater complex. Magnesium chloride with 72 ionic minerals that are co-factors, I presume for better absorption and utilisation. Items listed are magnesium, chloride, sodium, potassium, sulfate and boron. I hope this helps. I like using this product.
We keep the product at room temperature
1ml is about 17 drops.
I take 2 drops per liter. I find the suggested dose much too high as i feel reactions in my arthritis. Is it safe? No more or less safe than food. Are you planning to eat during your pregnancy? I would be more concerned about the flouride in the water (don’t eat soups at restaurants) if you live in North America.
I believe there’s more Magnesium in the Mega-Mag than in the Concentrace Trace Minerals.
