And if the capsule becomes cloudy or whitish flakes form in it, then the manufacturer definitely cheated and mixed different oils, most often it is olive. ACIDS are very well selected in it, see for yourself in the characteristics, this is important. And yet, what I want to say, belching after this capsule almost never happens, in rare cases. Then, as with other manufacturers, belching from taking omega happens often, which is not pleasant and disgusting of course. I RECOMMEND to purchase. I would be glad if my review was useful to you. Be healthy and beautiful 🙂
