Yes it is plastic. Not sure what kind but it feels fairly sturdy. It says 1 in a little triangle on the bottom if that helps.
according to the bottle, it is cold pressed from the seeds I dun think hexane will be used for the extraction but I could be wrong. it also state paragon and petroleum free
