I tried a tea spoon and found out it has bitter taste, is it normal or it turns bad? How to recognize it is good flex seed oil from the taste?

I would not season a pan with flaxseed oil, as it has a very low smoke point and is not meant to be heated. Coconut oil or avocado oil would be a better choice.
To my knowledge it is not shipped refrigerated anywhere. I used to buy this at a local health food store for about $10 more only because it was refrigerated but then one day the owner of that store told me that it is shipped to them un-refrigerated. since then I’ve been buying from Foodpharmacy Blog. According to Bearlean the product should be refrigerated to maintain freshness and frozen for long term storage. I’ve been ordering un-refrigerated for years, once it arrives it goes into the refrigerator and it’s always been good.
It is a plastic bottle.
It’s normal and you may mix with soy sauce into the noodle. and taste good
