Hi, i read that you can substitute sorghum flour for the brown rice flour because it is considered to be in the medium weight flour category. I have tried many recipes on baking gf bread but as yet none have been edible. Is there any way to sub out the rice flour for a more low carb option like almond flour or millet or organic soy?
